McCullough Creative is excited to announce that Kyle Regan has been elevated to the position of Shop Lead/Fabrication Artist, a move that rewards the initiative, dedication, and focus on teamwork he brings to MC every day.

In his expanded role, Kyle is responsible for upholding safety protocols, standardizing and documenting processes, onboarding and training new team members in the shop, ensuring all equipment is serviced and maintained, championing shop cleanliness and updates, upholding quality and efficiency standards, and taking on a greater leadership presence both on the floor and during on-site installs.
