ConEXPO Service Truck

SERVICE THAT MOVES PEOPLE

At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014, John Deere wanted to make a bold statement about its commitment to customer success. Instead of just telling visitors about it, we helped the equipment manufacturer show them—by transforming a working service truck into the interactive centerpiece of its exhibit.

This wasn’t your typical display. Outfitted with a stage for executive presentations and wrapped in a bold, customer-centric design, the vehicle became a mobile storytelling tool. Behind every swing-out door, visitors discovered something new: hands-on features, video content, and powerful stories about how Deere supports the people who run the machines.

BUILT AROUND THE CUSTOMER

Every detail of the truck’s design was intentional. Instead of highlighting tools, the exterior showcased real John Deere customers and the vital work they do. Their faces and stories were woven into the graphics, turning the vehicle into a rolling tribute to the people the company serves every day. The message was clear: Deere doesn’t just support machines—it supports the people who run them.

ENGAGEMENT ON WHEELS

Inside and out, the truck invited exploration. Interactive elements replaced conventional displays, giving CONEXPO attendees a chance to engage with Deere’s customer support offerings in a way that felt hands-on, informative, and personal. And when it was time to address the crowd, the built-in stage turned the vehicle into a platform—both literally and figuratively—for Deere’s corporate leadership.
